I have been browsing your site for a while now and must say that the articles section is really informative.
I am interested in the fact that how meditation takes one onto the quest for peace. I am worked up by stuff at work and home. I really need to seek some peace and get away from the tensions and worries but I don’t know how to meditate. What are the steps, the process? Are you offering any course for this? Please enlighten me.
