Asana
- Pre-Pregnancy, Pregnancy and Post Partum; adjustments, therapeutic benefits, applications to individuals & groups.
- Easing pregnancy, aid complaints and birth, diastasis recti, aid in the turning of a breech baby, pairs yoga.
- Contra-indicated for pregnant/post-natal participants.
- A combination of abdominal, pelvic floor, back & stomach adjusting and strengthening to aid from lower back & stomach pain, constipation, birth and afterwards.
