Chakra Yoga Curriculum
Indian Chakra System
- Exploration/Development of the primary 7 chakras (energy centres of the body).
Additional Chakras
- 8th palm/feet Chakras and remaining chakras plus the Buddhist Chakra System.
Meditation/Pranayama
- Specifically for balancing the chakras of male and female bodies.
Asana
- Specific for the spines.
- Contra-indicated for chakras.
A combination of abdominal, pelvic floor, back and stomach adjusting and strengthening to aid from lower back and stomach pain, constipation, birth and afterwards – usually contributed to block or unbalanced chakras.
Energies
- Anatomy channels/astral/energy/subtle bodies and Astro planes affected by Chakras.
Vocal & Chakra Toning
- Vowel sounds, words to open the Chakras, Voice and Spirit.
- Sanskrit and Mantras Specific for the Chakras.
Healing Aspects
- Personal chakras Balancing, heal your self, heal others.
Chakra Balancing
- Have and Learn to balance your chakras and your students through yoga.
Communications Skills
- Aural, Kinetic/Touch/Feel, Visual and Spoken, adaptation between students of either learning abilities and your specific and preferred learning: for example, you may be a visual learner and the student is aural, etc. Adaptation, compromise and learning is for the student
Experience instructing, one-to-one & classes
- Yoga for a single chakra, for several or all.
Chakra Yoga Experience in the Practicum
- Full days exploring the primary 7 chakras through asana, pranayama, meditation channels/astral/energy/subtle.
- Clearing energy blocks.
- Buddhist Chakra system.
- 8th palm/feet chakras and other relating chakras.
- Healing aspects: heal your self, heal others.
